End-to-end engineering consulting across the oil & gas value chain — from drilling design to long-term reservoir development.
Drilling
- Well orientation in the reservoir to ensure the highest reservoir contact for optimal primary recovery factor.
- Design of the mechanical configuration of the wells: well geometry (vertical, horizontal, or deviated), size hole, surface casing, production, and slotted pipe, taking into account the dimensions and arrangements of the slots according to the granulometry present.
- Gravel packing design: granulometric analysis for the selection of gravel size and gravel material depending on the temperatures to which it will be exposed.
Optimization & Production
- Selection, design, installation or replacement of the lifting system.
- Monitoring of well production conditions, taking fluid levels, speed control of lifting systems, flowing bottom hole pressure (Pwf), reservoir pressure, wellhead pressure, and bottom hole and wellhead temperatures to assure well productivity under ideal conditions.
- Management, monitoring, determination, and troubleshooting of Discharge Station systems, scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
Field Delineation Plan & Reservoir Characterization
- Selection of points for drilling and design of stratigraphic and observer wells.
- Design of sampling, analysis and selection of wells for PVT testing.
- Core design, capture, and analysis.
- Design of tests for the determination of petrophysical parameters and special analyses.
- Identification of prospective zones and generation of static and dynamic reservoir models.
Exploitation Plans & Reservoir Development
- Selection of drainage points for producing wells.
- Reactivation of wells, recovery of low potential wells, Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) activities.
- Budget necessary to carry out the Exploitation Plan to evaluate profitability, determining economic indicators.
- Management of fluid capacity on the surface due to the present infrastructure.
- Selection, design and operational assistance in workover, cleaning, stimulation, cyclic steam injection and well abandonment operations.
Volumetric Production Profiles
- Estimates of Crude, Water and Gas Volumetric Production and Potential Deterministic Profiles for the medium term (5 years) and long term (20 years): End of Period, Average Month, Average Year.
